The brief
A raw hall with services still to be installed needed to become a working floor on a fixed programme.
Our approach
We sequenced services ahead of finishes, tendered the packages on a like-for-like basis and held a weekly coordination meeting with every trade.
The outcome
A finished floor delivered against a programme the client could plan around, with a snag list closed before handover.
